Ordering and Paying
Currently, Unidem Sales Inc. accepts orders shipped to Canadian addresses only. All prices and dollar amounts on this site are in Canadian dollars.  Unidem Sales Inc. accepts VISA, AMEX and MasterCard payments. Online payments are processed securely by Psigate.com.. All phone order payments are processed through our secure local terminal.

All credit cards must be valid, authentic and you must be authorized to use them.  If the charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability.  We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from issuers.  Your credit card will be charged when the goods are shipped to you.

Applicable Taxes
In accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws, we are required to charge GST and PST. The GST is applicable to taxable merchandise and services delivered in Canada.  The appropriate sales tax amount will be displayed on the checkout section of the site.

Shipping
Currently, Unidem Sales Inc. offers shipping in Canada only. Orders are shipped in 5 to 10 business days. We do not currently deliver to international addresses, and to a few limited geographic areas within Canada.

Returns
Products (in like new condition) may be returned within 30 days for a money back refund less shipping with proof of purchase.
